Carefully review the scholarships listed in Section 4 before selecting those you qualify for. You may choose multiple scholarships, but only one will be awarded.

Failure to follow instructions or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, an applicant must:
Be a graduating high school senior, current undergraduate/graduate student, or enrolled in an appropriate certificate program.
Be a member of NAM and an active member of a Maronite parish/mission.
Have maintained at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Not have previously received a NAM scholarship.
Criteria for Scholarship Selection
Maximum Points:
Activities and Honors: 20 points
Grade Point Average/Exam Scores: 20 points
Essays: 40 points
Letters of Recommendation: 20 points
The announcement of winners will be made at the Scholarship Ceremony during the annual NAM Convention.
Scholarship Issuance
All scholarships are issued by the NAM office conditioned upon the enrollment of the student at an accredited college or university. Scholarship funds will be directed to the college or university or, if the recipient elects, to the recipient provided that the recipient notifies the NAM office of their election prior to September 1. If the recipient does not elect to receive the scholarship funds directly, upon receiving verification of enrollment from proper school officials, NAM will forward a check to the institution to establish a credit for the recipient.
For scholarships awarded over two years, half of the scholarship will be awarded this year and the remainder next year, provided the recipient maintains eligibility. Recipients must submit an updated transcript after the first academic year and before September 1 of the second academic year to confirm eligibility. NAM has no obligation to remind recipients of their obligation to send an up-to-date official transcript, and the scholarship recipient’s failure to send an up-to-date official transcript prior to September 1 may result in forfeiture of the second payment of the scholarship. Eligibility requirements include maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
